31 – Common Yoga For All Part 1 With Yogrishi Swami Ramdev Baba | Heartfulness Meditation
Yogrishi Swami Ramdev ji had his early education in a village school and was admitted to the Gurukul at Kalwa where under the blessed tutelage of Ācārya Shri Baldevji he studied Sanskrit and Yoga, and earned a postgraduate (Ācārya) degree with specialization in Sanskrit Vyākaraṇa, Yoga, Darśana, Vedas and Upaniṣads. During his journey to the Gangotri caves of lofty Himalayas, he had a clear vision of his task ahead and decided to teach Yoga and Ayurveda to India and the whole world; he co-founded the Patanjali Ayurved Ltd. with his colleague, Acharya Balkrishna.
Swamiji has been holding large yoga camps since 2002 and broadcasting his yoga classes for TV audiences. He has written two popular hindi books: ‘Yoga Sādhanā evam Yoga Chikitsā Rahasya’ and ‘Prāṇāyāma Rahasya’.

“YOGA for Unity and Well-being – 100-day towards IDY 2021” is a
comprehensive Yoga program launched on 14th of March
with contribution & collaborations from AYUSH, UN (Information Center) SVYASA,
Patanjali, AUI (Associations of Indian Universities), with Shri Ram

The program runs for 100 days prior to the International Day of Yoga 2021
