Intermediate Vinyasa Yoga Class | 35 Min – Balance & Flow

This is a dynamic vinyasa flow that focuses on linking movement with breath. The class begins with a sun salutation warm-up, and includes a main standing sequence of balancing postures, twists and folds (blocks are recommended, but not necessary). The sequence will be repeated twice on each side. Finally ending with a cool down and savasana with music. I hope you enjoy!!
