Yoga For Gratitude

Yoga For Gratitude is here! A sweet and calming gratitude practice for all! Take some time to connect to your breath and move your body. Moving meditation. Create space and give thanks. Love your spine and back body, tap into your core – work into the hips and link it all with your breath.

This yoga practice is great for the whole body – physical and emotional. Light a candle, roll out the mat, and connect to gratitude. Trust. This 35 min practice could be a game changer. ENJOY!

I’m grateful for all of you and this community. Thank you. Thank you. A million times, Thank You.
Namaste.
