Yoga Inspired // FULL BODY WORKOUT // No Equipment, No Jumping!
Get ready for a total body, fusion workout! I’m using some yoga inspired moves today in this full body home workout. No equipment needed today and no jumping – which is perfect if you prefer a low impact workout or if you’re looking for an apartment friendly workout 🙂 Not only will we be using our own body weight for building strength today but we will also flow through each exercise working on our mobility, flexibility and balance.
