10 Min Morning Yoga | Slow Flow For Mindfulness
Good morning. Today I’ll be guiding your through a 10 minute slow flow. This practice is designed to gently wake up your body, introducing a combination of movement, static asanas, and flow, to help your body feel strong and flexible and your mind feel energised and focussed. Ready to take on the day.
Asanas include Child’s Pose, Cat Cow, Downward Facing Dog, Rag Doll, Tadasana, Warrior 2, Peaceful Warrior and Seated Twist. We’ll also include a couple of Vinyasas, with the option to modify if needed.
This class can either be done as a standalone practice, or as day 2 of the 7-day challenge that I’m running for my website members. Days 1 and 2 can be found here on YouTube but the remaining 5 days will only be available to website members.

The aim of this series is to help you build the habit of waking up and practicing yoga first thing in the morning. This can have so many positive impacts, such as releasing tension from the night before, improving your flexibility, and mobility, focusing your mind, and improving your mood. The classes are all 10 to 15 minutes long and ideal for those at a beginner to intermediate level.
I’m also currently offering a 7-day free trial period, making this the perfect time to get back into your daily yoga practice.
