This 10 min morning stretch is perfect to release all the aches and tension from the body so you can feel your best throughout the day physically and mentally. We will work through various yoga poses, movements and stretches to stretch the entire body. This morning yoga class is beginner friendly full body stretch and can also be done right in bed. Morning yoga is a great addition to help bring focus and feel physically free.
As with all physical activity, Yoga included, it is important to listen to your body at all times and never exceed the sensation of just a stretch. If you feel pain or extreme discomfort do not do the yoga pose, moment or stretch and come to something that feels better for you.
