15 Min Gentle Morning Yoga | Full Body Stretch For Beginners
Welcome to your gentle morning yoga practice. This class is perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a calm, full-body stretch to start the day feeling amazing.
Asanas include Sukhasana, Tabletop, Cat Cow, Puppy Pose, Sphinx, Child’s Pose, Downward Facing Dog, Butterfly, Supine Twist and Savasana.
There’s no props required but feel free to have a block or pillow handy if you’d like some added support.
