15 Min Morning Yoga Flow | Full Body Yoga Routine For All Levels
Welcome to this morning yoga flow. This is a full body practice suitable for all levels and it includes
a little bit of everything to help wake you up and give you energy for the day.
In this practice we will:
Start with a seated sequence with side bends, twists and seated cat cow
Warm up the lower body in a seated position with windscreen wipers, Butterly legs and Baddha Konasana
Flow through a warming sequencing from down dog to Chaturanga to locust and back again
Move into our first sequence – 3 leg down dog, low lunge with a mini backbend, twisted lunge to side plank
Flow through a sequence with hip openers and twists combined including straddle twist and lizard twist
Roll down to lie on our back for a bridge sequence into shavasana
