Minimal cues yoga means that I will not be giving you a detailed guidance and alignment tips. I will simply be flowing through the sequence together with you and will briefly describe the poses and transitions. This is a great way to practice for those who already have some yoga experience and are familiar with the correct asana alignments to practice safely. I hope you enjoy it!
