Welcome to your morning yoga flow! This 20 min full-body practice is intended for all levels, especially if you’re a beginner looking to start your day with movement, mindfulness, and a deep stretch.
In just 20 minutes, you’ll awaken your body and focus your mind—no props needed, just your mat and a willingness to breathe and move.
In this practice, you’ll enjoy:
– A gentle seated warm-up to release neck tension, mobilise your spine, and engage your core
– A dynamic standing sequence that stretches the hips and hamstrings
– A balance challenge in Warrior 3 to cultivate focus and presence for your day
– Invigorating backbends to open the chest and energise the body
– A calming cool-down with Child’s Pose and seated breathwork
