Hi everyone, thanks for joining me. I’m going to take you through this 30 minute hatha yoga class for flexibility and stress relief. This is a gentle soothing yoga class to help you relax and stretch your body, great for all experience levels. I’m using a yoga block but it’s not necessary to have. You can always use some folded blankets or a couch cushion instead.
This can be a therapeutic yoga class to do when you’re experiencing anxiety and want to ground yourself. You’ll be able to improve your flexibility and soothe your nervous system. Enjoy!
