30 Min Yoga Workout – Full Body Flow
This is an intermediate to advanced power full body yoga flow class. This vinyasa yoga workout sequence is designed to help you build strength and flexibility through your yoga practice. By using detailed instruction to help produce a well-aligned flow, the class has a meditative quality that will help to keep you injury free and help you to understand if you are doing the yoga poses well to get the maximum benefit.
The Flow is based on a blend of the Ashtanga and Iyengar yoga schools, along with principles from power yoga, and Vinyasa.
