Hi everyone, thanks for joining me! By popular request, I’m bringing you a brand new Vin to Yin yoga class. This means we will begin with an active vinyasa sequence to focus on strength, balance, flexibility and a boost of energy before switching to yin yoga to target the fascia and get a deep stretch. This is a lovely way to begin your day and we will have a 5 minute meditation at the end using an affirmation from my I Radiate Joy card deck. Daisy joins me as well 🙂
