Morning RISE – Energizing Vinyasa Yoga To Begin Your Day

This intermediate vinyasa yoga flow includes a full body stretch and strengthen sequence to help bring you energy to begin your day.
We’ll begin with a quick warm-up, then move to a standing sequence with core work, twists, balancing postures and backbends. Practice in the morning or whenever you need an energy boost!
