– Here is a morning yoga routine designed for guys 40+. If you are feeling stiff in the morning and want to ease into a routine, starting with standing position, this is going to be a great one for you. We’ll start with some standing easy next stretches to start off this workout, super easy, and then from there moving into progressively more intense poses.
What I like about this routine is that it is completely adaptable, meaning you can make it as easy or as hard as you want. Listen to the appropriate modifications, choose the one that serve you best in this moment, and by the end of this routine, you’re gonna be feeling ready and focused for the day ahead.
