Wake Up & Flow | Morning Yoga – Full Body Stretch

This yoga class is the perfect way to start your day. We’ll begin with a gentle warm-up of the shoulders, spine and side body and then move into a sequence to stretch the body as a whole. This practice includes both static and dynamic stretching to help open up your muscles and improve flexibility. After this class you’ll feel empowered to take on the day ahead – with a relaxed, calm mind but strong and energized body!
