10 MIN ENERGIZING MORNING YOGA STRETCH For Mobility & Recovery
This 10 minute morning yoga stretch routine is one of my favourites to stretch out your body and feel energized in the morning. It will help you feel more flexible and work on your mobility. With this morning yoga stretch, you start your day with the right exercises that wake up your body, relieve stiffness or lets you recover. It is super simple and quick for everyone who doesn’t have a lot of time. Either combine this routine with my other stretching workouts for better stretching results, do it as a warm up before a booty or abs workout, or whenever you feel you need a good stretch.
