Rise & shine yogis, it’s time to flow! Welcome to Day 2 of the Morning Yoga Movement. This 10 minute yoga class will work on your entire body for a little bit of strengthening and stretching. In today’s class we will start laying down, and gradually wake the body up. We will work through some twists, core work, and deep stretches to release tension from the body. No props required.
