By popular demand, here’s a brand new minimal cues class! This is an intermediate morning yoga flow with very little talking from my part to help you focus inward and tune in. Minimal cues can be a great way to pay closer attention to your breathing and to practice mindfulness. This is a full body vinyasa class with poses like pigeon, warrior 1, reverse table top and side lunge. Enjoy!
