Hi everyone, I’m back with a very special class for you this week filmed at the Sweet Sanctuary Animal Rescue! Enjoy this 20 minute intermediate full body yoga flow with me and the pigs! No props needed. This is a fundraising yoga class and all proceeds from this class will go directly to them.

I’ve been a supported of the Sweet Sanctuary for many years now and I love visiting them and their amazing animals. Another local animal rescue recently had to close their doors so Sweet Sanctuary committed to taking in 26 of their animals that needed to find a new forever home. This means they will need to build additional shelters and fencing as well as provide extra feed and vet care for each animal they take in.
