30 Minute Morning Yoga Flow | Vinyasa Yoga | Steady, Strong, & Balanced
Practice this 30 minute vinyasa yoga class to warm your body, center your mind, and help you begin your day with presence and intention. You will flow through Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar) variations, practice balancing postures (Dancers Pose/Natarajasana and others), then finish with some grounding postures (Half Pigeon included) to help you get centered and balanced for your day.
