30 Minute Morning Yoga With Twists | Detox | Energy Boost | Deep Twists
One of the best movements to start your morning is twists. When done correctly, twists lengthen the spine, strengthen side body / obliques and also help in detoxification.
In traditional Yoga, it is believed that twists detoxify the body at an organ level. Twists are thought to gently massage and stimulate the internal organs, including the liver, kidneys, and intestines. This stimulation can improve their function and ability to process waste and toxins.
