15 Min Morning Yoga | Mindful Stretch & Flow
Welcome to this 15 minute morning yoga class. Today I’ll be guiding you through a full body stretch and mindful slow flow to ease you into the day.
Asanas include Toe Squat, Downward Facing Dog, Rag Doll, Uttanasana, Three-Legged Dog, Fallen Triangle, Half Butterfly, Baby Wild Thing, Plank, Child’s Pose, Reclined Pigeon, Supine Twist and Savasana. There will also be the opportunity to flow through a couple of Vinyasas.
There’s no props required. Just grab your mat and once you’re ready, let’s begin.
