Beginner Morning Yoga For Women | RELEASE AND OPEN HIPS
Join me for Day 12 of the Evolve Yoga Challenge! Today we’re going to release and open our hips in this beginner-friendly flow designed for women.

Come to an all-fours position to start, and we’ll begin with some hip circles. Then sit back on your heels and give your wrists some love! For today’s focus, we’re going to do cat-cow with a little bit of a different breath pattern. To do this, you’ll inhale to look at your navel and exhale as you open the chest. In doing so, we’re opening the lower back, and breaking up all the dense fascia that lives there… then we’ll cross our knees and continue. If you’re an advanced practitioner, I encourage you to flip the wrists during this motion; it will make everything feel that much more intense. We’ll continue through more hip openers throughout this practice, and I invite you to let yourself play, indulging in what feels juicy for the body to release!
