Easy, Slow Morning Yoga And Stretching The Splits! Athena Tina Yoga Flow
Today, I am finally getting over that dreaded sickness! After 8 days of feeling unwell, this was my first attempt at some yoga and stretching, so this is a very relaxed and minimal yoga and stretch session. I do the basics, downward dog, upward dog, cobra, cat cow, as well as some shoulder stretches and the splits. Hopefully I’ll be back at Pilates in a few days!
