This yoga class is a 20-minute sequence of postures designed to release tightness and tension when you wake up in the morning. Of course, this class can be practiced any time of the day, but the postures included address most body parts that may feel “stiff” first thing in the morning. Included at the end of the practice are several rounds of sun salutations if you choose to add a little “heat” to your morning! Enjoy waking up and let us know what you think of this class!
