This 20 min morning yoga will begin with gentle movement to open and connect with your body with a gentle hatha flow to follow. I do sprinkle in some core strengthening to awaken your body and connect you with your personal power center for a feel good united start to the day!
I don’t use any props in this practice, but 2 yoga blocks maybe helpful at times to meet your body where it is at.
Let’s clear out those cobwebs from your nights slumber and awaken your body so you feel amazing for your day!
