Morning Yoga For Beginners | 15 Minutes
Hey, ya’ll! Today’s video is a BEGINNER’S MORNING YOGA practice. This video is about 15 minutes long & should be doable for most. We start with a little bit of breath & move into a simple flow, then we do a couple of calming poses & ease into a short Savasana/end meditation. If you have tight hips, grab a pillow to bring underneath the hips for some poses like Child’s Pose. During Savasana, I offer a couple affirmations to carry with you throughout your day. Leave a comment & let me know if this video worked for you as a beginner. Hit the link below to learn more about my membership if you’d like access to longer videos. Thank you for watching! As with all physical activity, yoga included, it is important to listen to your body at all times and never exceed the sensation of just a light stretch. If you feel pain or extreme discomfort, do not do the yoga pose, movement, or stretch and come to something that is accessible & comfortable for you. Always consult your doctor about any physical activity.
Black Yogi Nico Marie/Yoga with Nico recommends that you consult your physician regarding the applicability of any recommendations and follow all safety instructions before beginning any exercise program, including yoga. When online, it is up to the individual to assess whether they are ready for the class that they have chosen. When participating in any exercise or exercise program, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in this exercise or exercise program, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself.
