Start your day with this beginner-friendly morning movement routine designed to be done from the comfort of your own bed. No need to even get up!
This yoga stretch practice is designed to gently awaken your body whether first thing in the morning or even after a nap, leaving you feeling refreshed yet relaxed, and ready to conquer your day. Gentle movements and stretches will help mobilize the joints and get you from lying down, to sitting up, while giving you just the right boost of energy for a positive start to the day.
