Hi friends and welcome back to another video with me, Laurie from LEMon Yoga. I’m so excited to be launching day one of my summer yoga challenge! This is a 5 day dynamic full body yoga challenge that will be released over the space of two weeks. Its up to you HOW you do the challenge. It could be a flow each day, you could do every other or just challenge yourself to one flow a week. The key thing here is to GET YOU MOVING this summer! Because honestly, everyone feels better for some movement. I’m super happy to be kicking things off with this morning yoga stretch routine which is full of full body stretches.
