Hi everyone, welcome to this week’s yoga class. This is a very gentle morning yoga stretch that will focus on spine health. If you want to improve flexibility and mobility in your back, this is a great class for you to do. We will be focusing on the essential spinal movements like flexion, extension, lateral flexion and rotation.
This is a beginner friendly all-levels practice with no props required. Enjoy!
