20 Min Energising Morning Yoga Flow | All Levels Morning Yoga Routine
Welcome to this energising morning yoga flow, a full body routine to wake you up and give you energy for the rest of the day.
In this practice we will:
– warm up with a seated sequence – spinal mobility, boat, reverse tabletop & wrist rolls
– build heat with a tabletop sequence – knee taps, puppy pose, cobra, plank walks
– move through a standing sequence – high lunge, pyramid, lizard, pigeon, twist & repeat
– end with a backbend sequence – locust, bow pose, rest
– wind down with Childs pose, side stretches and a few moments to breathe and savour the practice.
