28 Minutes Peacful & Energizing Morning Yoga Flow || Set A Tone For The Day You Desire

Welcome to a 28-minute morning yoga flow that is both peaceful and energizing. This class is perfect for setting a positive tone for the day ahead.
I will guide you through a full-body feel-good stretch that includes strengthening poses to elevate your mood. We will target your neck, spine, hips, side body, lower back, and inner thighs and include a bit of core work. A partner is encouraged for the peaceful warrior pose together to deepen the stretch, but you can absolutely do it solo if you prefer. We will conclude with a calming three-part breathing exercise to relax and center ourselves.
