Hi everyone and welcome to the second episode of this 3 episode series of Morning Yoga asanas this is going to be a relatively fun sequence it’s entirely seated you’re welcome to do this even on your bed you don’t even need a yoga mat to do everything that I’m going to teach you it’s the perfect way to start your morning i find a lot of stiffness on my sides when I wake up I feel quite cramped so this is a really nice way to release all of that tension okay so we ready I want you to meet me in sukhasana.so i just taught you a really simple sequence feel free to repeat it at least two or gets really fluid and comfortable and you’re walking around your day not feeling stiff but really loose and happy okay so enjoy the sequence and I’ll see you in the next episode thank you so much.
